Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a remote Technical Service Specialist to support the Hugo robotic-assisted surgery system and the DS1 platform across the EMEA region. You will troubleshoot complex technical issues and coordinate with Field Service Engineers and healthcare professionals.

The role requires a biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering background, fluent Portuguese/English/Italian, and the ability to work across time zones.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with relevant experience or medical degree with technical skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian is required (C1/C2).
• Experience with robotics or motion control in a large capital equipment environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for the Hugo robotic system and DS1.
• Escalate issues and arrange field service when needed.
• Collaborate with other service specialists to resolve complex requests.
• Ensure documentation and entries are complete promptly.
• Occasional onsite support and training domestically and internationally.
