Medtronic is seeking a remote Technical Service Specialist to support the Hugo robotic system and DS1 in the EMEA region. The role requires a strong technical background in engineering or medicine, with robotics experience and fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian.

Expect remote work with some international travel and on-site training opportunities. You will collaborate with field service engineers and healthcare professionals to resolve issues, manage escalations, and document all actions

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering, with relevant experience, or a medical degree with technical skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2) required.
• Experience with robotics or motion control in a large capital equipment environment.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Experience with software troubleshooting and process analysis for continuous improvement.

Aufgaben

• Provide remote technical support for Hugo robotic system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE.
• Drive escalation to resolve issues and coordinate field service when needed.
• Collaborate with other technicians to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Own documentation and continuous improvement projects; ensure timely data entry.
• Primary focus on remote support with occasional on-site training domestically and internationally.
