Medtronic is seeking a remote Technical Services Specialist for the Hugo robotic-assisted surgery system and the DS1 AI platform to support HCP, SUS and FSE across EMEA. You will troubleshoot, communicate clearly and provide remote precision in a highly regulated surgical environment.

This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving, and the ability to work across time zones, with on-call rotation and occasional on-site training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering with relevant experience.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2).
• Experience with robotics or motion control in large capital equipment.

Responsabilités

• Provide remote technical support for the Hugo system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE.
• Drive escalation to resolve customer issues and initiate field service when needed.
• Collaborate with other technical service specialists to troubleshoot complex requests.
• Perform technical activities requiring judgment and ownership of improvements.
• Ensure documentation/system entries are complete promptly.
• Focus on remote support with occasional on-site training domestically and internationally.
