Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for its Surgical Robotics portfolio in the EMEA region. You will explain complex technical issues related to the Hugo robotic-assisted surgery system and the DS1 analytics platform to healthcare professionals, startup specialists, and field service engineers.

You will support remote operations with occasional onsite training domestically and internationally, working 8:00–16:30 CET with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biomedical, electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2) required.
• Experience with robotics or motion control in a large capital equipment environment.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for the Hugo robotic system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE.
• Drive escalation and trigger field service support when needed.
• Collaborate with other specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Own continuous improvement projects and ensure documentation completeness.
