CrowdStrike is looking for a Sr. Business Partner in a remote role to support field Alliances Operations across regions, partnering with Alliance leaders and managing onboarding, KPIs, and deal attribution to streamline partner programs.

The role emphasizes data-driven channel strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and AI-enabled decision making to improve efficiency for our partner ecosystem and sales teams. Fluency in English is required, with Spanish, French, or Italian a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in Partner/Channel Operations or Sales Ops.
• Fluency in English; additional languages valued.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Alliances Leaders to support channel strategy with data-driven insights.
• Enable wider Alliances/Partner team for seamless execution of processes.
• Manage day-to-day tasks supporting Partners, Partner Managers, and Sales teams.
• Interpret data and prepare KPIs shared with management.
• Onboard and support partner onboarding and compliance; assist with complex contracts.
• Ensure proper partner deals categorization and correct attribution; regional deal support.
• Advise on process improvements; liaise with IT, capability, and GTM teams.
• Participate in QBRs and Annual Operating Planning; align territory structures.
• Maintain alignment of Alliance teams and training materials; support knowledge transfer.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and AI skill foundation across teams.
