Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Engineer for the Crouse-Hinds / CEAG business. This fully remote role supports industrial customers across Spain and select export markets, acting as primary contact through project lifecycles and order execution.

You will coordinate with engineering, manufacturing and sales across Europe to ensure accurate technical quotations and on-time delivery, while guiding customers through compliant processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in technical customer support, project coordination or order management.
• Experience with engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.

Responsibilities

• Review specifications to prepare technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery with technical accuracy.
• Serve as primary contact for customers during project execution and updates.
• Support sales with quotation follow-up and opportunity development.
• Provide product support for explosion-proof equipment and power distribution.
• Coordinate drawing approvals and technical clarifications with stakeholders.
• Build relationships with customers, distributors, and sales teams across Europe.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience and service quality.
