Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support follow procedures.
• Uses service assurance software to diagnose problems, collect stats, and create reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Performs defined maintenance tasks and tracks service delivery against SLAs.
• Documents and closes incidents per procedures and maintains CI configurations.
• Coordinates with clients, vendors and teams to expedite diagnosis and resolution.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolution.
• Provides continuous feedback to clients and updates systems and tickets.
