Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) for remote support across clients. The role focuses on identifying and resolving technical incidents, driving rapid resolutions, and ensuring zero missed SLA conditions through proactive service activities.

As an entry-level engineer, you will use service assurance tools, document incidents, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to restore services and improve overall service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled per procedures.
• Uses service assurance software and tools to diagnose problems and create reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Monitors service delivery against SLAs and maintains incident records.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolution.
• Delivers remote troubleshooting and guidance to clients to restore service.
