Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc).
• Entry-level networking knowledge in routing, switching, Wireless, SDI distribution, core and access layers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain support processes and handle requests per procedures.
• Use service assurance tools to diagnose problems and document findings.
• Identify and resolve issues following procedures and update knowledge articles as needed.
• Perform defined maintenance tasks and monitor service delivery against SLAs.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and coordinate with teams to resolve.
