NTT DATA is seeking an entry level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide professional remote technical support to clients, identify incidents, and drive resolution while maintaining SLA adherence.

The role requires foundational networking knowledge, vendor tech familiarity, and strong communication skills to coordinate with clients and teams across cultures. Remote working is supported, with a focus on regional service delivery and incident prevention.

Formación

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.
Entry level knowledge of vendor technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, RiverBed etc.

Responsabilidades

Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled per procedures.
Uses service assurance software to investigate problems and create reports.
Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
Performs defined tasks to monitor service delivery against SLAs.
Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolution.
Documents and closes resolved incidents according to procedures.
