Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to clients and resolve incidents.
• Diagnose problems and investigate causes using service tools.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain configuration items and logs for ticketing systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and client IT environments to expedite fixes.
• Provide ongoing feedback and update systems per SOPs.
