NTT DATA is hiring an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support and incident resolution for clients in the region. You will identify, diagnose and resolve issues, restore services and maintain service records according to SLAs.

The role requires basic networking knowledge and strong communication skills to work with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Remote workplace, with opportunities to grow in a global technology leader.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Computing or related field.
• Associate level networking certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.).
• Entry-level experience in networking technologies and remote client support.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and follow service procedures for client requests.
• Use service assurance tools to investigate and diagnose problems.
• Identify problems and resolve following agreed procedures.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and ensure timely resolution.
• Document incident progress and maintain configuration data for CIs.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and teams to expedite diagnosis and resolution.
