Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) for remote client support. You will identify and resolve technical incidents, drive resolutions, and maintain service records to ensure SLAs are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computing or related field.
• Associate level certs in Networking technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.).
• Entry-level experience in networking technologies and remote client support.

Responsibilities

• Operate in region and provide remote technical support to clients.
• Identify and resolve incidents to meet SLA targets.
• Use service assurance tools to diagnose problems and generate reports.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and configurations.
