Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide professional remote technical support to clients, diagnose incidents, and restore services while ensuring zero SLA misses. You will operate regionally, follow procedures, and maintain knowledge of CIs and remote architectures.

The role emphasizes communication across cultures, incident logging, and coordinating with vendors to implement permanent remedies in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the support process and ensure requests for support are handled per procedures.
• Use service assurance software to investigate problems and create reports.
• Identify and resolve problems following procedures and perform maintenance tasks.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and maintain records.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and follow up until resolution.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and colleagues to expedite diagnosis and resolution.
