Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level networking certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA).
• Entry level experience in Networking technologies and remote client support.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures that requests for support are handled according to procedures.
• Uses service assurance software and tools to investigate problems and diagnose, collect performance statistics and report.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Performs defined maintenance tasks.
• Maintains knowledge articles in incident diagnosis and resolution and updates as required.
• Monitors service delivery against SLAs and keeps records up to date.
• Analyzes service records to identify actions to improve service levels.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolution.
