Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or computing or equivalent.
• Associate networking certifications such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, CCNA or JNCIA.
• Entry-level networking and technical support experience preferred.
• Ability to work remotely with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to clients and resolve incidents.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify root causes and escalate where needed.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors to restore services and maintain SLAs.
• Document issues and resolutions in ticketing systems.
