Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
• Associate level networking certifications such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.
• Entry level experience in Networking technologies and remote client support.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot remotely and provide remote support.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, cross-cultural remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled per procedures.
• Uses service assurance tools to investigate problems, collect stats, and report findings.
• Identifies and resolves problems following approved procedures.
• Performs defined maintenance tasks and updates knowledge articles as needed.
• Monitors service delivery against SLAs and logs related information.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolution.
