NTT DATA is recruiting a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to join our global team. This entry-level role provides remote technical support to clients, identifying and resolving incidents to meet SLAs.

You will work across cultures, using know-how in routing, switching, and vendor technologies to restore services quickly. The position emphasizes continuous learning, collaboration with client IT environments, vendors, and internal teams, and adherence to standard operating procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the support process and handle requests per procedures.
• Investigate and diagnose problems using service assurance tools.
• Identify and resolve problems following procedures.
• Perform maintenance tasks and update knowledge articles as needed.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and log relevant information.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and drive to resolution.
• Provide service recovery after incidents.
