Job summary

Qualifications

• Entry level experience in networking technologies and remote client support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain support processes and handle client requests per procedures.
• Investigate and diagnose problems using service assurance tools.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and ensure timely resolution.
