Job summary

NTT DATA seeks an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to join our global team. You will provide remote technical support, diagnose incidents, and work to restore services while maintaining SLA adherence.

The role emphasizes collaboration across cultures and continuous knowledge sharing. Ideal candidates have a IT/Computing degree and foundational networking certifications, with familiarity in Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.
• Entry level knowledge of vendor technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, RiverBed etc.

Responsibilities

• Operate in region and provide remote technical support to clients by identifying and resolving technical incidents.
• Restore service by driving incidents to resolution and ensure SLA compliance.
• Identify and resolve problems following agreed procedures and perform maintenance tasks.
• Use knowledge articles in incident diagnosis and update them as needed.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and report actions to improve service levels.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and follow up until resolution is achieved.
