Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide professional remote technical support to clients, identifying and resolving incidents and ensuring zero missed SLAs. The role emphasizes knowledge of networking technologies and collaboration with client IT environments.

Entry-level position focusing on incident diagnosis, root-cause analysis, and coordinated resolution with vendors and stakeholders, including documentation in ticketing tools and knowledge bases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the support process and ensure requests are handled per procedures.
• Use service assurance software to investigate, diagnose problems, and create reports.
• Identify and resolve problems following procedures and perform maintenance tasks.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and maintain related records.
• Prioritize and diagnose incidents and escalate unresolved ones.
