Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA.

Responsibilities

• Operate remotely to identify and resolve technical incidents for clients.
• Use service assurance tools to diagnose problems and report findings.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain knowledge articles and contribute to knowledge base updates.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and teams to expedite diagnosis and remedies.
