Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
• Entry level networking knowledge including routing, switching, Wireless, and SDI distribution.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote technical support to clients and resolve incidents.
• Monitor service delivery and ensure SLA adherence.
• Maintain knowledge articles and update tickets and portals.
