Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to operate in the region and provide remote technical support to clients by identifying and resolving incidents.

You will drive incidents to resolution, document outcomes, and maintain knowledge of CIs and service procedures while coordinating with clients and vendors to expedite fixes. This role favors proactive incident handling and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Computing.
• Associate level networking certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA).
• Entry level networking knowledge in routing, switching, Wireless, SDI distribution, core and access layers.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests are handled per procedures.
• Uses service assurance software to diagnose problems and create reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following procedures; performs maintenance tasks.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolved; provides service recovery.
