NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to deliver professional remote technical support and resolve incidents for clients. You will operate regionally, use service tools, and ensure SLA adherence with structured problem diagnosis and clear communication.

The role requires foundational networking knowledge, the ability to work remotely, and collaboration with clients and vendors to restore services efficiently.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level networking certifications (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA).
• Entry level experience with networking technologies and remote client support.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote technical support to clients and identify incidents.
• Investigate problems using service assurance tools and diagnose issues.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain knowledge articles and update systems and portals as required.
• Communicate effectively across cultures and with stakeholders.
