• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.
• Entry-level networking experience including routing, switching, Wireless, and remote support

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and follow support processes per procedures.
• Use service assurance software to diagnose problems and generate reports.
• Identify and resolve problems following agreed procedures.
• Perform defined maintenance tasks and document incidents.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to expedite diagnosis and resolution.
