Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
• Associate networking certifications such as CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.
• Entry-level experience in networking (routing, switching, wireless).
• Experience in remote technical support to clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to clients and identify incidents.
• Operate using service assurance tools and document resolutions.
• Diagnose problems and escalate as needed to restore services.
• Maintain configuration items and track changes as required.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely updates.
