Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide professional remote technical support and incident resolution for clients. The role emphasizes pre-emptive service and adherence to SLAs, with focus on network-related incidents and knowledge articles.

You will work remotely, coordinate with clients and internal teams to diagnose issues, perform maintenance, and ensure accurate documentation of CIs and service records, contributing to ongoing improvements

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled per procedures.
• Uses service assurance software to investigate and diagnose problems and create reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Performs defined maintenance tasks and documents resolutions.
• Monitors service delivery against SLAs and updates records accordingly.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolution.
• Cooperates with client IT environments, vendors, and colleagues to expedite diagnosis.
