Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled per procedures.
• Uses service assurance software to investigate and diagnose problems and report findings.
• Identifies and resolves problems following procedures; performs maintenance tasks.
• Monitors service delivery against SLAs and maintains records.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolution.
• Cooperates with stakeholders to expedite diagnosis and identify a resolution.
