Responsibilities

• Maintain the support process and handle requests per procedures.
• Use service assurance tools to diagnose problems and create reports.
• Identify and resolve problems following defined procedures, and perform maintenance tasks.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and maintain incident documentation.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and coordinate with clients and vendors.
• Provide knowledge-based guidance and remote root-cause analysis.
