NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to join our regional team and provide remote technical support to clients. You will identify and resolve incidents, restore services and ensure requests and resolutions meet SLA conditions.

The role involves using service assurance tools, documenting issues, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and maintaining accurate records of configuration items while aiming for rapid and reliable service delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.

Responsabilidades

• Operate remotely to provide first-line technical support and resolve incidents to meet SLAs.
• Investigate and diagnose problems using service assurance tools.
• Maintain records and update ticketing systems.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and coordinate with clients and vendors.
