Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in networking technologies (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA).
• Entry level experience in Networking technologies and remote technical support.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and incident resolution to regional clients.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve network incidents following standard procedures.
• Document incidents, monitor service levels and update ticketing systems.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of network technologies and contribute to knowledge base.
