Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
• Associate level networking certifications such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA.
• Entry level experience in networking technologies and remote client support.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to clients and identify incidents.
• Investigate and diagnose problems using service assurance tools.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain configuration records for configuration items (CIs).
• Coordinate with stakeholders to expedite diagnosis and remediation.
• Document incidents and update systems with resolution details.
