NTT DATA is hiring a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide professional remote technical support to clients, identify and resolve incidents, and drive service restoration while maintaining SLA adherence.

As an entry-level role, you will work across cultures, learn vendor technologies, and apply knowledge to troubleshoot networking incidents remotely, supporting Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, and related tech. Remote work within Spain is supported.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or Computing.
• Associate networking certs (Cisco/Juniper/Aruba/F5/CCNA/JNCIA/ACMA).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the support process and ensure requests are handled per procedures.
• Use service assurance tools to diagnose problems and collect performance statistics.
• Identify and resolve problems following procedures; perform maintenance tasks.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and maintain relevant records.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and ensure resolution and service recovery.
• Document and close resolved incidents and keep CIs up to date.
