Job summary

NTT DATA in Spain is hiring a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support to clients, identify incidents and drive resolutions ensuring SLA adherence. This entry-level role offers training and exposure to leading networking technologies in a global company.

You will work with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba and other vendors, applying knowledge to diagnose issues, document incidents, and coordinate with clients and teams to restore services efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level networking certifications such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests are handled per procedures.
• Uses service assurance software to investigate and diagnose problems and create reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following procedures.
• Performs defined maintenance tasks.
• Uses knowledge articles in incident diagnosis and resolution and updates as required.
• Monitors service delivery against SLAs and keeps records up to date.
• Analyzes service records against SLAs and initiates actions to improve service levels.
• Prioritizes and diagnoses incidents per procedures.
• Investigates causes of incidents and seeks resolution.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolved.
