Job summary

NTT DATA in Spain seeks an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support, identify and resolve incidents, and drive service requests to resolution while maintaining SLA. You will work with clients and vendors to ensure timely recovery of services and accurate incident documentation.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computing and possess foundational networking certifications (CCNA, JNCIA, etc.).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certifications in networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.

Responsibilities

• Operate in region and provide remote technical support to clients by identifying and resolving incidents.
• Maintain service delivery against SLAs and log all incidents with required details.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and track resolutions to closure.
• Use knowledge articles and service tools to investigate, diagnose and report incidents.
