Qualifications

• Entry level networking knowledge including routing, switching and wireless.
• Experience providing remote client support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the support process and ensure requests follow procedures.
• Use service assurance tools to diagnose problems and generate reports.
• Identify and resolve problems following procedures.
• Perform defined maintenance tasks and update knowledge articles as needed.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and maintain incident records.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and follow through to resolution.
