Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support, diagnose incidents, and restore services while meeting SLA obligations. You will work across cultures and collaborate with client IT environments to deliver timely resolutions.

The role emphasizes knowledge of vendor technologies, remote diagnostics, and proactive problem-solving in a remote working setup.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.

Responsibilities

Maintain the support process and ensure requests are handled per procedures.
Investigate and diagnose problems using service assurance tools.
Identify and resolve problems following procedures and perform maintenance tasks.
Monitor service delivery against SLAs and log relevant information.
Escalate unresolved incidents and drive to resolution.
