Job summary

NTT DATA invites applications for an entry level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1). The role focuses on providing remote technical support to clients, identifying incidents, and driving resolution to meet agreed SLAs.

You'll use knowledge articles and service tools to troubleshoot, document, and escalate as needed. You will work with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, RiverBed technologies and other vendor systems while expanding your skills in networking and incident management in a remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc).

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled per procedures.
• Uses service assurance software to investigate, diagnose problems, collect performance statistics and report findings.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Carries out agreed maintenance tasks.
• Accesses and updates knowledge articles to improve incident resolution.
• Monitors service delivery against SLAs and keeps records current.
