Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
• Associate level certifications in networking technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA).
• Entry level knowledge of vendor technologies and remote support concepts.

Responsibilities

• Operate in region and provide remote technical support to clients.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve incidents to meet SLA targets.
• Use service assurance tools, collect statistics, and generate reports.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Document incidents and maintain configuration records for CIs.
