Job summary

NTT DATA is hiring an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide professional remote technical support to clients. You will identify and resolve incidents, drive resolutions, and ensure SLA adherence across services.

You’ll work with Cisco/Juniper/Aruba technologies and maintain CIs, logs and knowledge bases while coordinating with stakeholders to prevent recurrence and improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computing or related field required.
• Associate networking certifications (Cisco/Juniper/Aruba/CCNA etc.) preferred.
• Entry level experience with networking tech and remote client support.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to clients and resolve incidents.
• Investigate, diagnose, and report on service issues against SLAs.
• Maintain knowledge articles and update systems and portals.
• Escalate and track incidents until resolution with clients and teams.
• Coordinate with vendors and client IT environments to speed resolutions.
