NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide professional remote technical support and identify and resolve incidents for clients. The role focuses on restoring service quickly and ensuring SLA adherence across regions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or computing.
• Associate networking certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.).
• Entry-level knowledge of vendor networking technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the support process and handle requests per procedures.
• Use service tools to investigate, diagnose, and report on incidents.
• Identify and resolve problems following approved procedures.
• Perform defined maintenance tasks and monitor service delivery.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and follow up until resolution.
