Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to operate regionally and provide professional remote technical support to clients. You will identify and resolve technical incidents, restore service, and ensure SLA compliance while documenting all actions and maintaining up-to-date configuration records.

The role requires foundational networking knowledge, vendor certifications, and the ability to collaborate across cultures in a remote working setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
• Associate level certification in networking technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA).
• Entry level experience in networking technologies (routing, switching, Wireless).
• Entry level experience providing remote technical support.

Responsibilities

• Operate in region to provide remote technical support to clients.
• Identify and resolve technical incidents and problems.
• Maintain service records and update ticketing tools.
• Follow procedures to restore service and meet SLA goals.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and coordinate with teams as needed.
