Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support and resolve networking incidents for clients. You will operate in-region, restore service quickly, and drive incidents to resolution while maintaining SLAs.

The role includes handling incidents, maintenance tasks, and documenting resolutions, with a focus on knowledge article usage and effective communication across cultures. Remote working arrangements apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled according to procedures.
• Uses service assurance software to investigate, diagnose problems and create reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Performs defined maintenance tasks.
• Logs incidents with required detail and updates systems and ticketing tools.
