Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to operate regionally and provide remote technical support to clients. You will identify, diagnose and resolve incidents, driving resolution to meet SLA targets and maintain accurate incident records.

Responsibilities include following procedures, using service assurance tools, escalation when needed, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely problem resolution and service recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the support process and ensure requests for support follow procedures.
• Use service assurance software and tools to diagnose problems and create reports.
• Identify and resolve problems following agreed procedures.
• Carry out agreed maintenance tasks.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and follow up until resolution.
