Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) for remote support across diverse client environments. This entry-level role focuses on identifying and resolving technical incidents to restore service and ensure SLA targets are met.

You will work with cross-cultural teams and use knowledge resources to diagnose issues, log activities, and support continuous service improvement while operating in a remote working setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or computing is required.
• Associate level networking certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA) are required.
• Entry level experience in networking technologies and remote client support is required.
• Knowledge of routing, switching, Wireless, SDI distribution and core/access layers is preferred.
• Ability to communicate across cultures and work across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to clients and resolve incidents.
• Diagnose problems using service tools and logs and escalate as needed.
• Escalate unresolved issues and ensure SLA adherence.
• Maintain knowledge articles and document resolutions.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors to drive incidents to resolution.
