NTT DATA is seeking an entry level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support to clients and resolve incidents across regions. You will operate within defined procedures and leverage knowledge articles to diagnose problems, document resolutions, and maintain CI configurations.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or Computing.
• Associates-level networking certs such as Cisco/Juniper/CCNA.
• Entry-level networking experience and remote client support.
