Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support to clients, identify incidents, and drive resolutions. You will operate in a remote environment, using knowledge articles and tools to restore services and meet SLAs.

Responsibilities include incident diagnosis, problem resolution, and collaboration with clients and vendors to ensure effective service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled according to procedures.
• Uses service assurance software to investigate and diagnose problems and create reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures and performs maintenance tasks.
• Monitors service delivery against SLA and maintains records; escalates unresolved incidents until resolution.
