Job summary

NTT DATA is hiring an entry level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to deliver remote technical support and incident resolution for clients. The role emphasizes documentation, adherence to SLAs, and collaboration with vendors and client IT environments.

You will work in a remote capacity, applying foundational networking knowledge and learning to escalate and resolve incidents efficiently while maintaining accurate configuration records and knowledge base entries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.
• Entry level knowledge of vendor technologies and remote console architecture within supported domain.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled per procedures.
• Uses service assurance software to diagnose problems and create reports for users and suppliers.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Maintains records and performs defined maintenance tasks.
• Monitors service delivery against SLAs and updates systems and portals.
