Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support to clients and resolve incidents. This entry-level role focuses on diagnosing issues, following defined procedures, and restoring services while maintaining SLA adherence.

You will operate in a remote environment, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and leveraging knowledge articles to ensure efficient incident resolution and documentation across portals and tickets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures that requests for support are handled according to procedures.
• Uses service assurance software and tools to investigate and diagnose problems and creates reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Carries out agreed maintenance tasks.
• Ensures knowledge articles are used in incident diagnosis and resolution and updates them as required.
• Performs defined tasks to monitor service delivery against SLAs and maintains records.
